You cannot compete profitably in the global market because the corporate culture fosters poor work ethic and no sense of urgency to complete the end-work-products on a timely basis.

If it takes more than 2 days, in some rare cases 3 days to train an employee to do the job procedures...you are wasting money, resources and time.
